aluminum radiator
www.radiatorbarn.com or ebay!
Why do you want an aluminum radiator? save weight? Funtionally they suck. Had one stock on a '78 VW. It had plastic tanks which cracked. I got an aftermarket rad. with a copper core and brass tanks for half the money the dealer wanted for an OEM.
I just replaced the radiator on my 2K max and the aftermarket ones are higher capacity and keep the engine less warmer than the partially clogged OEM radiator.
I had the OEM for little over 100K miles, the new one is really good, don't have to think about it for sometime now.

Bought aftermarker radiator called Cryomax (Made in Taiwan) and bought it from
http://www.autopartswarehouse.com/
Note: This radiator is deeper (higher capacity) than the OEM ones. The length and width are same as the OEM but the depth could be atlest 50-100% more, meaning the the fan assembly would come closer by 1/2 inch towards Y pipe.
