alignment question?

i retract my response. i misread the question. no need for negativity towards me. as for anything needed for proper alignment, i would say no. you didnt drop your car all that much to make a difference. i never had a problem with my setup.
no need for alignment unless it was not aligned before dropping ur car.
If you lower your car you need an alignment....Thats it. You can aim for the stock settings but you will not get it bang-on, just very close, which is more than fine.
As for Swazey's stupid-a** comment...a car pulling is the least of the problems when lowering a car. You can have camber/caster totally outta whack and still drive straight, but your tires will be scrap after 2000miles.
The best way to know if you need some camber bolts is to go get an alignment first and see where your camber is. If it is out of spec then you will need the kit. Also, keep in mind that if you do have camber bolts and you want them adjusted when you get your alignment done, that will be an extra charge. Standard alignments only adjust the basic settings (toe on our cars), anything more is extra.

whatever you do dont let the shop know you lowered the car. Many times when you say that they turn you away or try to hit you with a charge like aligning a lowered car is any different than one thats stock ride height. With Eibachs I doubt the camber change is going to take it out of spec but no two cars are alike. Like someone said before just go and have it checked first and go from there.

Not saying you would have any problems like this with such a mild drop form Eibachs, hehe.

Ya, they will adjust camber for you if you have camber bolts or camber plates. But, even if you have camber plates its still considered an aftermarket part and an extra adjustment and shops will charge more for it. Not saying every shop does, but a lot out here do.
