Well go to autozone. Have them pull the codes for you and then buy an oil filter and oil. You should not have someone changing your oil.

Pulling out codes

maxilover06,

Try this web site, it tells you what each code means. You need to count the flasing lights to come up with a code number then. Tehn key it in the website and it tells you what the problem is. Everythig is explained there.

Hope this helps.

If you do decide that you are going to get them checked at Autozone, write down the codes and ignore the guy. He will mostly be wrong and just report the codes back here for accuracy.

The OBDII reader they use will read 95 codes. Mine reads my wife's 95 200ser without a hitch. It wasn't until 96 that manufacturers were required to be OBDII compliant. 95 Nissans are.

Good god, it's not that hard. You take off the plastic cover, turn the screw one way, wait 2 sec, turn it back. The lights flash you record them and look it up online. Save that $45 to have someone fix the problem for you, since you're obviously unable to do that.
