Motor Mount Bushing Replacement

I've read that the best/easiest way to get the old bushings out is by torching them. MAP gas seems a waste of time. Is acetylene the answer?

i think you can press them out if i'm not mistaken...Take it to a garage and see how they would do it. Acetylene should do the trick if it works on Lower control arm bushings

Butchers around here don't have the right equipment to press them out. Hence, my question is about burning.
