What exactly is this code? im guessing it has something to do with the EVAP system but does anyone know what exactly is the problem?

I think that is that little round black thing on the top of your intake manifold, not 100% sure tho.

 

The evap canistor has a small little valve that opens and closes. It often gets gummed up and gets stuck. In the FSM (see the torrent link and download the factory service manual), in EC-354, it refers to the issue.

But I had this exact problem last year. Remove the valve from the canistor , give it a good lub with WD-40, get the valve moving again, and put it back in. Code will go away.

There is a chance the valve is shot completey, but it's suppose to last the life of the car. Remove it and give it a proper solvent soaking.

i dont have the factory manual so i dont really know...

 

You 'could' download the FSM via a torrent that on mininova.org... I also think it might be in the FAQs.
