Thanks everyone for helping me with Jerk from p to D. Now p to D is very smooth. But another problem has come in.

Now AT shifts very hard 1-2 & 2-3. I think it could be drop resistor, Can anyone tell me how to test it?

disconnect drop resistor harness ,put a meter across the two terminals on the resistor assembly ,should be about 12 ohms resistance.
