i got a 95 5 spd max, most of the times when i slow down to a stop my idle stays up at around 1500 and when i tap on the gas a little bit it goes back to normal at about 700, i put in a cold air intake about two weeks ago but this just started happening within the last week, can the cai affect my idle this way

 

Maybe the throttle plate is sticking.

 

or ur IACV is just dirty..
