Rough Idle in Drive and Reverse

This problem is driving me nuts and I can't figure it out!!! Hopefully somebody here can help.
I have a rough idle when my 99 maxima is in drive or reverse. The problem started about a month ago with just some misfires when I first started the car in the morning every other week. It it getting worse and worse and now it does it every day. It throws codes PO306 and P1320 misfire on cylinder 6 and also cylinder 3 depending what mood it is in.
Things I have done-
-checked all coil packs and replaced a few out of fustration
-replaced PVC
-replaced plugs
-cleaned IAC valve
-adjusted IAC air intake
-ran some injector cleaner through system
-checked intake manifold gasket and moved it a bit to seat it better
-cleaned MAF sensor screen
-replaced air filter

The car idles around 700RPM and the problem occurs around 500-600 RPM when in drive or reverse.
Does anybody know what this may be? I am totaly lost at this point. Any advise at all would be very helpful
Thanks

well dude, since you got a 99, it could be your coils on cyl 3 & 6, which would account for the ruff idle. I have a 97 and i recently did a VERY thorough tune-up, but my idle still falls to 500rpm in D or R. Prolly need a thorough IACV cleaning.

doesnt sound like a very "thorough tune - up" . . .

Moved it a bit....... how in the world did you do that? If that gasket was removed, moved or even taken apart at all it should have been replaced. You cannot reseal with a used gasket.

I just loosened the bolts and tweeked it. No change in performance. I sprayed some starter fluid around it while it was running and the engine did not change idle speed so I know it is sealing.
Does anybody know what this problem could be? I can't figure this out and it is driving me nuts!!!

prob need a new gasket for the TB and IAC Valve. like the other poster said, you cant reseal a used gasket (usually anyhow). I wouls also give it a treatment of Auto-RX. known to smoothen idle and quiet the engine (if dirt is your problem).

I'll take a look at the TB gasket. I ran injector cleaner with no luck.
