Are you set up on paypal? If so, I assume that we send you $192, you pay for and pick up the lights, and then you ship to wherever asap. Just to note...It would be very easy for you to have worked out a cheaper deal with Gordon and instead of passing the savings on to us, you could pocket the money. I am not in any way making accusations. I just hope that you are a respectable person and are being true in your price.

 

hes not making any money but the $5 from shipping wich i believe is totally reasonable. I have talked with Gordan and Harry and as you can see i started this thread. That 165 is the cheapest price that they can and will give you on the headlights.

I am still down for the headlights. What you would need to do is just post up your email address that you used for paypal and then we send money to that account name on paypal.

Im down for a definate set in black.

How soon can these start shipping? I have a set of chrome ones but I'd like to see how the black AE one's look before I do the HID retrofit...If it's going to be another two weeks before they ship I'll stick with what I have.

Payment sent for a set of black housing headlights. Please keep me posted as to when you get the lights and when they will be sent out. Are you going to send out lights once payment is sent or are you going to wait until you get 10 buyers first? One more question....Are you accepting first ten people on the list or are you accepting first 10 who send you payment first?

 

Just a FYI to everyone that's new to Paypal, there are NO paypal fees if you don't get a "merchant account", just get a regular account. The other catch to this, is that no one can pay you with a cc, it must come directly out of thier checking/savings account. This way, the buyer and the seller don't pay any transaction fees. This is how I work. Why give Paypal your hard earned money???

The only downside with what I described above is that you may lose some buyers, as not everyone has $186 sitting in their checking/savings account (sad, I know), but are willing to charge it to a cc and pay it off later. Just some food for thought.

Ok so i just got off the phone with Tay (maxlinegtr). I believe there is no list anymore. its just the first 10 people to send the money to him will get the headlights sent out. Then once there is another set of 10 orders they will get sent out.

taysac@yahoo.com thats who you would sent the money to on paypal. That is Tays address if you are having him pick up the headlights and then shipping them out with his company.

 

ok just talked with tay again. So whats happening is if your local send tay $170 for the lights picked up and anyone getting the lights shipped $190.

Since he can only take out 500 a month whats going on is hes going to just send the money to optionracing over paypal, then pick up the order of 10 lights and ship them out. IF you've sent him money over that he will repay you.

I'm one of the two who's paid. Look at that long list i think there's about 33 ppl "saying" they want the item and this and that. Well the time is here for you 31 people to put your money where you mouth is. If you think this guy is gonna rip you off thats why it's done through paypal. You can file a claim is he rips us off and get our money back. We just need 8 more people to get this going. Well hope the other 8 ppl do it soon so i can get my lights.

Man!! I am all for this deal...but I have to agree that not everyone has 190 bucks in their account. (me... .not 190 in my Paypal account)I will have it in about a week......if indeed maxlinegtr does not go past 10 people...then I guess I will have to spend the 240 on the ones from E-bay. Hopefully you will continue with this great deal....I am one of many that appreciate what you are doing.

Maxlinegtr went through the trouble of setting up a Paypal account to make it easy for everyone. We are still paying less than any other amount that has been mentioned or advertised. If you are interested in getting the lights, send him the money so we can get 10 people. If not, you should have never added your name to the list in the first place. Btw, thanks maxlinegtr for going out of your way for getting this deal set up.

I'm not bitter at all. I just feel that maxlinegtr has went out of his way to accommodate us and the least we could do is to be ready to pay if were one of the ones who added your name to the list. If you want the lights at the lowest price....pay up. If not, save your money and don't sign up. There is a difference in wanting something and being able to afford something. This was not a "Would you like to have these lights" thread. To my understanding, this is a "Group deal for those ready to buy" thread.

everyone need to stop freaking out because people have not paid yet, until today there were still some logistics that needed to be worked out. You also have to understand that not everyone gets paid the same. In the past there have been some group deals which have gone HORRIBLY WRONG!!(MEVI G.D) luckily some of you were not around for that one. to the person who got this deal pushed through we thank you for what you have done, but the easier way to get this moving along is to set a pay by date so people can get their funds together, and that gives the other half a window to work with for the second order. Have a mod delete this thread link a new one with all of the infor you need in it. If you need help PM me.

 

Hello... not to be rude but some of us work for a living and I just got a chance to log on... Is this deal still on? I had a positive experience with a GD with my 3rd gen tripple guage pod... I was looking foward to this one also but it seems that you guys want to just BLINK ur eyes and have everyone pay give it a couple a days b4 u decide to toss this one out the door... remember some ppl work and can't be online 24/7...
