Cool. Just expect your axles to go soon. Gr2 and S tech's don't go well together.

Congrats! It looks really clean! I don't think Berk makes an intake for the 4th Gen. Just tint and you're set!

I had GR2's n S-techs on my '03 n my girl has that set-up on her '00 too. We have no problems. 4th gens are different though. Just a question why would that make my axels go bad?

Well the drop is a little to much for the gr2 since all they are is just a factory replacement shock, they aren't meant for being used to lower the car. It puts alot of strain on the axles, and the s-techs are a fairly big drop.

Also check out if you have any codes, you might not have a CEL but you can still have ghost codes. Just letting you know since your not to familiar with the 4th gen.

They aren't a factory replacement. They are definitely stiffer than OEM.
they aren't meant for being used to lower the car.
Shocks have nothing to do with how low a car is. Furthermore, GR-2's are fine for mild drops. But s-tech's are definitely a bit much for the GR-2's to handle.

Iono. i had that set-up on my '03 for two years n never had a problem n I know at least 4 others that have that se-up with no issues too.

The car won't fall apart with that setup. I think you're misinterpreting my point. It's just not optimal. I'd go with AGX's or (even better) Illuminas if i went with s-tech's.

looks to be a leather swap? door panels aren't that of a 4th gen with leather. and yeah they don't look like original leather at all.

I was thinking the leather was done too cause i thought the door inserts usually have the slight pleats in them right? might have been a dealer installed thing back in 97??

either he got leather seats off another max or got his cloth seats wrapped in leather.

from the color of the seats its looks to be a really light ivory beige. the maxima tan seats are darker, or it might just be the pics.

Those def do not look like the original seats, they've been redone at some point. Door panel inserts are a def give away too, the factory leather ones have the pleats in them and dont look like that.

Eh. if the seats were redone they were redone the right way. Aside from the doors it all looks like OEM aside from the missing seam in the front part of the seat.

Not saying they are bad at all, the seats look really good from the pics, I just dont like the leather on the door panel being so smooth, kind of looks bland that way, but thats just IMO. Good find otherwise, too bad its not 5spd though.

*There's also no pocket on the back of the passenger seat, which the originals would have had with leather. Or at least both of mine with leather have a pocket there.

Thanks, I got into a bad Motorcycle accident n did nerve damage in my right arm so 5 speed is not an option for me right now. thats why i chose an auto. I might end up getting the doors done the right way or finding a nice set of OEM doors eventually, cause it looks kinda plain to me too.

Sorry to hear that, hopefully you'll get better with time and are able to use your arm better! Good luck with the door panels.
