Speaker question

i just installed a new JVC El Kameleon head unit and its 50x4 and i have 2 120w polk speakers in the front from before that were used with OEM head unit..now i turn it loud and the front speakers are like fuzzy and crackling..could they have blown out? bad connection maybe? any suggestions would help thanx....

I dont think u blew the speakers already but it could be a possibility.....try switching the wires around and make sure u have a good connection.........if u still hear fuzzy noise then mayeb the speakers u bought were alreaddy blown.....
