Karim...also...your car is a beauty. VERY NICE. Don't listen to anyone. Those things look great on your car. I think you should get the lip kit and your car will be done exterior wise.

Thanks a lot man. Before I get a lip kit, the front end needs to repainted BAD. It's horrific. I'll get a Stillen lip kit someday. Right now, its pretty far down on my priorities list.

Total nightmare.

I got the corner lamps from eBay. It came w/ the headlamps.

It came like this, but included the cornerlamps. I paid about 275 for the whole set about 2 years ago I think.

It doesn't make me feel anything.. Me > j00

Have a nice day.

It looks good Karim, IMO I think you could've done with something else.. But, for $25+/- it's definitely not bad.

Clear ambers
Looks great man. Clears are played out and this is the best option to me. I know the difference is fairly subtle and probably not noticeable to most but as long as we like 'em who cares?

Yea seriously its hard to tell the diffrence unless you have 2 shots of it. Good upgrade if you needed it. But to spend $25 for something just slightly diffrent isn't what i'm going to do. Say if one of mines was cracked i would seriously get this clear amber rather then a set of OEM's. Aleast thats how i see it as.

They look good, but like you said: most won't tell the difference between the diamond cut lenses and the stock ones.

Sorry to steal your thunder Karim but...
Those are the headlights that I wanted to buy, but I am not 100% sure I want to get them because they don't have a GlareShield in front of the blub? Will that blind people who are driving towards you on the road?

I hope everybody switches to JDM m4d tYt3 amber so that I can bask in my uniqueness with my old school clears.

Well I like them. I agree that clear is about played out. I like them but I want to do something new. Thinking of doing black housing corners, black bumpers, and yellow fogs. Not sure yet tho. Again, congrats on the lights Karim, look sick.

i guess maybe i think they shouldn't be. i like the idea of diamond cut orange/amber/whatever bumper lights, but i think this color is too strong/dark and looks weird (for me, anyway). like i said, i like them better than stock, but i won't be getting them personally because of that.

Yellow would look tacky. The stock orange looks tacky. Amber is right in the middle and is perfect IMO.

i think stock as well as these are too dark, this is more the color i would want them to be:

anyway i guess that's enough arguing about shades of orange, i'll leave this thread alone.

Everybody that's new to maxima's thinks the same thing, just because they're something different from stock. Ditto the ricey hyperwhites in the clearance lights and blue headlights bulbs and reverse indiglo gauges, altezzas, etc. When you've been around maxima's for a while though, clears start to look kind of tacky. To me they do anyway.

And yea, you're REALLY late to this discussion. I don't even think these are being sold anymore. Thankfully I got my set before they stopped making them.

I was thinking sorta like you, trying to be different, which is why Im looking to tint my headlights amber to match my amber bumpers. I think they would look HARD.

This is old but I will comment for others.

-open tails
-remove plastic amber part
-paint clear portion of lense with amber stained glass paint
-leave silver trim or paint with chrome type paint
-re-assemble tails

Also, if you do your corners/bumper lights like this they will all match.
