upgrading timing compenent

i have a 95 fed spec model maxima. its really doesn't matter but i can hear the tensioner getting weak as i hear the chain making noise. i have don't some research on the newer 99 tensioner that suppose to have a different design for the oiling. Suppose to get rid of the noise. anyways, my question is this a good investment to upgrade to as well as the timing chain guide. Or there anything else that i will need to change. Or should i just stick with the original stock replacement. thanks for your input guys.

The whole unit (tensioner and guide) will need to be replaced, one does not work with the other.

i figure that. i was wondering do i have to change all 3 timing chain set. i figure the cam chain doesn't need it. i believe the main crank chain is the one that needs the upgrade to the newer version. thanks for the input though.
