0304 and 0102 After cleaning TB and IM?

Alright, I decided a bit back after I had cleaned the front of my TB that I should clean the back of it, along with the intake manifold. So, on friday night, I did(with a friends help). Took a hella long time to get the manifold off, but anyway. We put everything back together, and we had some issues with fitment and all, but we got it after a while. I started, and got a CEL. So I pulled the codes, got an 0304 and 0102. KS and MAF. I am pretty sure the KS is bad, as my mpg has dropped in the last two tanks like 20%. Anyway, the MAF is what I am wondering about. When I start the car, I hear what seems to be an intake leak, a hissing sound. I am not sure where it is coming from, but it seems to be near the IACV and the TB. I will try to find out exactly where the leak is, so I can let you guys know, I dont remember, but while my whole stock intake was out, it may have been hit by someone walking or something, so it may have taken some unexpected vibrations that could have caused the film to break, etc...but what I am asking is, could this leak near the TB be the cause of my MAF CEL? Or could my MAF just be bad?

Thanks to all!!

Did you replace the intake manifold gasket? If not, there's your problem.

I found the leak, it was due to one of the loose bolts on the wire bracket near the TB. I dont beleive there is a leak anymore...I didnt replace it, it was in good condition, not dry rotted or anything.

Also, when I start, my car rocks back and for, is that the KS?

Alright. From the suggestion of a friend, he said reset the ECU so that it would 'calibrate' to the new air flow. I did, and no more CEL. Then I checked for ghost codes. Got a 1302. I have checked plugs and connections, but havent checked for clogged hoses or replaced the map/soloinod. Any more information on this? The sticky link didnt give much, it seems there were a lot of people with similar problems.
