It is supposed to be nothy compared to the OEM. Mine was extremely stiff when first put in. It took about 2 weeks to wear it in. You used to lithium grease right to lube the pivot ball?

I got Levoc shift **** more than a year in my car and I'm happy with it, but I don't know about stillen shifter. (Stillen sell Momo shift ***** and they will not fit really good to the Japanese vehicles... Buy Japanese shift ****)

I have a Stillen Short-Shifter. The shifts are supposed to be very tight. Its supposed to feel like it locks into the gear. I, however, didn't use any lithium grease on the ball. I haven't had any problems with it yet. I've had mine for about 6 months now, maybe more. The best thing you can do is replace your tranny fluid with Redline Synthetic MT-90 Tranny fluid.

Hope this helps...

Peace,
Mike

This is the actual rod used to shift a manual tranny car, not the **** for an auto......

Yeah the MT-90 fluid helps alot. That combined with the short-****er almost makes it as smooth as the stock shifter.
