Front left tire area is making a squeaking noise (help)

Front left tire area is making a squeaking noise. I cant solve what the hell it is. The squeaking is very hard to hear. Its not any belts in the engine, there brand new and squeaking does not occur when i rev the engine up. squeaking increases the faster i go and decreases as a slow down. Its a rubber sounding squeak!

Whats wrong with my car?

Here is the area which i am 99.9% that the sound is coming from:

View one, tire turned to the right.

View two, tire turned to the left.

Some break wear on the rotor, not sure if this is causing the squeak.

and finally here is the video, listen hard or turn volume up high, its very hard to hear but from about 18 seconds and on you can hear the squeak as i stop and then accelerate again.

Any break lines rubbing?

You can try pulling the pads to see if anything is still stuck rubbing the rotor, something was caught in there for sure at one point.

It looks like something is stuck in your brake pad, can you see that small line on your rotor. There is a grove about 1/4" wide, that could be something to check out.

Yep, that's definitely something to check out.

Make sure the pads themselves aren't worn out. All it takes is a slightly sticky caliper and even brand new pads can disappear quickly.

If the pads are good and there is no debris to be found, take off the rotor. I once had a stone get between the hub and inside of the rotor hat. DROVE ME CRAZY until I found it.
