Exedy stage 2 install question?

The install and everything went smoothly, but after bleeding, I noticed a considerable amount of extra play in the peddle. Is this due to the stronger pressure plate? If so, the only way to get rid of the play is to adjust the peddle closer to the floor? Anyone who has an aggressive clutch let me know if they experienced a similar peddle feel. Thanks

Bringing this back from the dead because I have the same problem. We adjusted the clutch pedal where it should be set to, however it it even with the dead pedal.

I know there are people on here running this clutch, where did you end up setting your pedal at? I know you can adjust it to sit closer to you, but wouldn't that cause the clutch to slip?
