So I just changed my stock suspension (Three blown struts) at 120K and it looks and drove mint. After the first week I started to notice a chirp coming from the front rigth strut. As time went on it got louder and would happen more often. During the installation the driver side axel came out of the tranny and the joints looked almost seperated in side the boot. I popped it back in but it looks like its sticken out about a 1/4 in. from the tranny. So now i got this chirp comen from the front right strut and im on the high way, hit 70 mph and my front end starts shaken, steering wheel shakes from side to side and the shifter shakes so hard its bout to pop out of gear. Any body else have any of these problems?

 

I would take that side apart again ASAP.

 

You definately have a drive shaft issue going on. Thats why your feeling the shake in your shifter.

maxgp1029: I just corrected my problem. The reason I was having the problem that I was having was because my springs were bad. If you changed the suspension including the springs and three struts blew out then you might want to change the springs for your car.
check your strut mounts, ball joints, axles, bearings, everything.
