I was driving on 880 North today right before Dixon Landing and saw an bright orange 4th gen. Had a WRX'ish wing, Alteeza style tailights (from the looks of the configuration it was a 95-96) and a custom hood with an intake vent and fins...

Now before I start making conclusions... does this car belong to someone over here?

but to be honest, nobody really checks the regionals... lol, and if anybody really did have that kind of a car that u described, I doubt he would have the ***** to show us that its his car... lol

 

I didn't want to say it first but yeah - it was an epitome of rice
