rims Q?

I have 18" Antera 185 rims laying around in the garage.
I think they are 18x8 and i donnu about the offset.
Can I measure the offset myself? What offset do I need them to be to fit the car?

i suppose you could measure to get a rough guess, but it may not be entirely accurate. it's not stamped on the inside of the spokes at all? pretty much all the wheels i have seen have a + or - with a number somewhere on the inside.
