How to Ship Hood ?

Box is 60"high x 60" long x 9" deep
68 lbs.

I tried getting a quote from UPS FEX and DHL and the box is too large. I then looked into some frieght shipping from NJ to Ohio, NOT far at all, and fed ex freight is about $345.00 !!!!

How do you guys ship this large of a box ?? Weight isnt even the problem

I'f it's NOT too far & can't find shipping, have the buyer pick it if shipping is too expensive.

I just wanna know if there is an option I am missing. Kinda a waste of a day and gas to go driving out to ohio to deliver a $140 hood

we put it up for sale locally so that we dont have to deal with large freight charges

or I think you'll have to go thru a freight company. When I got my CF hood shipped to me, it came off a 18 wheeler that pulled up on my street. UPS/DHL/FED EX will charge you an arm and a leg. Taking it to a freight company to ship should be significantly cheaper.

I used the first company that came up on google under 'discount freight'...

www.discountfreightrate.com was the broker or whatever it's called and they contracted it out to some shipper and it cost me $160 for a CF hood.
