Quick engine bay detailing

Quick engine bay detailing
If you wanna convert your dirty *** engine into a clean work of art you can do it rather quickly.
1. Before driving your car, when its very cold, use "Gunk Engine Cleaner", and spray it all over the engine bay from all angels. This way the chemicals and water won't evaperate as you dont want them to while doing this. Let the chemical sit for APPROX. 15-20 mins.
2. Using AmorAll Tire Shine Foam, spray over the entire engine bay. Make sure you get an enough amount spread through out the engine and engine components. (Careful with certain electrical devices).
3. Close the hood, turn your engine and drive around for awhile, and open your hood and you should notice a pretty good difference. This is something I read up on and haven't tested yet. Just give it a try.

a.) You have no idea how/if this works
b.) There is a whole forum for detailing.
c.) Lol that's funny cause i actually tried drying my car like that. One time I took up from a stop sign and didnt see the cops there where like 50 feet from the stop sign and VROOOM i passed them, and they pulled me over. Said, "Turn the car OFF and put the ****in keys on top of the hood" I'm from a bad area and around that time there was allot of bull**** killings going around so there temper was ridiculous. He comes over telling me you were doing about 70 mphs when u passed us, and they was only like 50 feet from where i took off, that **** to me was a compliment. He was like and your exhaust is way too loud, I smirked and said nah thats a stock muffler its the cold air intake, his dumb *** was like "oh so your car is unsafe to drive, you know we can toe it for that" Anyway dey made me get out da car and searched me, but i got a good friend of the family that's a cop and dey let me go. I had no insurance or registeration on it neither

not clever, that was obvious man
i would not drive around with the engine soaked in all those chemicals, when it heats up they will begin to evaporate, give off fumes and smoke, thats guaranteed NOT a good idea
i once had a 91 buick regal which was shot to $hit, it was old and crappy, but the outside body held up remarkably well. the engine was as dirty as a downtown ***** and i could not sell it. i bought two cans of that engine cleaner solution, did that twice and got the engine sparkling. after letting the water dry off i drove it, and guess what, the idle sat at like 1500k for like 3 days, after that it went back to normal, i am assuming water got somewhere inside and took forever to burn off/evaporate.
the car was sold by the end of that week btw!

i have actually cleaned my engine bay like this before, with the exception of driving around at the end. i just started the car and let it run for a bit. u definitely notice a big difference. in all it costs like what $6 to do. car washes out here be charging around $50 to detail an engine.
