I was sure you can do that, since there are many G35 wheels for sale in the Wheels forums

Not everyone has knowledge of this and I think it's a valid question. I don't have the wheels in question, but I would still like to know...If the question is beneath you and you don't want to answer, then maybe someone else will.

So what is needed to make these wheels fit? Is it difficult? I have a choice between the 18's or the 17's both from G35's. I really want the 18's, but if it's crazy hard then I'll just get the 17's

So if I bought a set of the 18's then I could put them on my Max? Or if I go with the 17's then I would have to run spacers? Over in the wheels and tires section, they said that I should be able to run the G35 coupe 17's withough spacers and that they would clear with no probs. So which should I get? I have to let the guy know by Friday so he won't get rid of them.

Guys-

Fun's over.

The rims fit. There is a pic above. Any other questions?

It was pretty darn funny, though...

ok just to hep you new guys out. Everything that you have read up until now wasnt true. Yes 17s and 18s will fit. No spacer, no spline job, no nothing. They were messin with you. I have to admit I did laugh though! and think about it..a 2 INCH SPACER???? umm no. your wheels would even bolt up because there would be no thread left. haha, good times on the .org.

Another thread where no research was done at all before hand. It's not about making fun of newbs. It's the fact that newbs never research anything and post the some questions over and over and say they already searched.

as a noob myself, in our defense i have to say that searching for stuff is not the easiest when you have to use the free search.

Your point is taken, but I also agree that the free search is a pain in the ****. Even the "regular" search can be a pain.

At any rate, the pics are up, the rims will fit. Discussion of how we got to this point is irrelevent. Questions in this thread about the topic are fine. Anything else will be dealt with as I see fit.
