my gas gauge starts to rise after i turn on the engine for about 20 minutes, but then it falls back to place. anyone know what could be wrong? when i say rise i mean like from the needle being close to empty to being almost to full.

 

the balloon measuring the gas level inside the tank is failing...sooner or later, its gonna stay above full...you'll need to replace that part, or maybe even the whole gas tank
