Blower stopped working

I'm not sure what's wrong, but none of the settings work on my car's ventilation system. I have the digital panel, and it lights up, and i can change controls, and change where the ventilation is going (floor vents, the higher vents, etc) but no matter what level i set it on 1-4, the blower doesnt turn on.

what is likely the cause, and how hard is it to fix?
how much would a shop charge me?

Sounds like the blower motor gone bad, but start by checking some fuses.

I just replaced my blower motor last summer. Its pretty easy. Here is what you might try to see if it doesn't work. Kick the fan, which would be the front passenger's right toe. I was able to jump-start my fan for a few months before replacing it. To remove it, i removed the glove box and the bracket that blocks from getting it out.
