ecu codes after 5 speed swap

I recently purchased a 5speed ECU after doing a 5speed swap and the ECU is throwing the following codes:

1203 - Overrun clutch solenoid valve (Automatic Transmission)
1204 - Torque Converter clutch solenoid valve (Automatic Transmission)
1205 - Line Pressure Solenoid Valve (Automatic Transmission)

Are these codes stored in the TCM or did I actually recieve an automatic ECU?

it appears to me you are still using an automatic transmission ecu. is this the case ? to get rid of these codes you will need to swap in a 95,96, or 97 5 speed manual ecu. I would probably go with a 97 while any of these would work.

I have a manual as well, and back when I was going to get the upgraded ecu, i got my first ecu online from a junkyard. to check it , i checked the codes and it pulled open a bunch of automatic tranny codes. had to get them to swap it for a manual like I had asked for. Tested the next one out, and was good as gold.

If you know for a fact you have a manual transmission ecu, then im not sure what to tell ya on that.

Hey ceasar,

so you didnt do a 5 speed swap right? meaning you have no TCM? Do you remember what codes the automatic ECU you had was throwing? I am not sure if this is an auto or 5 speed ecu, this is what im trying to find out. The only thing I can think of is that my TCM is still storing the codes and the ECU is picking them up. I dont think this is the case and am pretty sure if the ECU is throwing these codes than it must be an auto ECU but I want to make sure before I return it.
