300zx wheel offset tuck under fenders?

im looking into getting the na 300zx wheels. 16 x 7.5 I believe all the way around. I do not know the offset and want to make sure that I can lower about 3 inches on ground controls and koni's with these wheels. Does anyone know if they will fit under the fender?

Are they all fronts? With some of the wheels I have seen tucked on KSport (Poowill, VIPMaxima) I wouldn't think they would be a problem.
