deja vu???

Yes, I have a typical "my car will not start problem". I cant figure it out. The car was running perfect yesterday, and many days before. But this morning, it will not start. The battery is strong (replaced 2 months ago), turns over fine. Plugs are about 6,000 miles old, coils have been tested recently, and they are fine. The only conclusion i can come up with is any water in my tank got into my fuel lines, although ive put a can of dry gas in to no avail. Begin with ideas, suggestions, and yes its going to happen "the flaming", what else is the org good for

what does it do?...
does it turn but not fire up, or does it just click and nothing happens?
any more details? Have you actually tested the battery to make sure it is strong?
