it was a really windy day, and i was just getting off work, so i drove home then went to my friends house, when i got out it smelled like some sort of plastic burning , so i looked under and i saw a walmart bag melted on my
Ypipe , my question is there any thing i can buy to get it off, or should i
just wait it off,

If you feel the need to go to all the trouble of jacking up your car to clean that off, go ahead. Water and a sponge or a puddy knife will get it off. Id just wait, it will come off on its own.

Just roll it up onto ramps then climb under and get it off with probably any cleaner or just water and a knife.

Less than 30 minutes and you won't have anymore smell or bag.
