Saying that someone is a "fool" is a description of one's feelings on the actions or conduct of another. "Homo" is an insult regarding class, ethnicity, sexual orientation, etc. In order to keep us out of legal trouble, we "discourage" the use of such words.

May I dare ask what happened to him? I don't remember hearing about what happened to him. Probably my favorite maxima of all times tho...I've liked that car since the first time i saw it about 3 years ago.

 

His max isnt anything really special. Ill take the wheels though.

 

Well he had pretty much everything you could do done to it... system, LED everything, interior pretty much completely replaced, exhaust, supercharger, wheels, chromed everything, HIDs... and he managed to keep it pretty clean in the process.

 

That really sucks for that guy... and i've always liked that max, Is he still alive???

i heard he is actually in jail right now for killing his friend and girlfriend in a high speed car crash.

 

Nassau County District Attorney Denis Dillon announced today that a Grand Jury has indicted Anthony Raffio, 24, of 1283Chelsea Road, Wantagh. The charges include 2 counts of Manslaughter in the Second Degree, 4 counts of Vehicular Manslaughter in the Second Degree, and two counts of Driving While Intoxicated.

According to Dillon, "Raffio was operating a 2004 Infiniti at a high rate of speed traveling southbound on the Wantagh State Parkway (South of Merrick Road) on October 7, 2004. Raffio lost control of the vehicle causing it to slide across the roadway onto the shoulder and striking a tree. Raffio’s two passengers, Matthew Adduci, 29, of Bethpage and Ginamarie Dell’Anno, 23, of Massapequa, were transported to Nassau University Medical Center in East Meadow where they were pronounced dead. Raffio suffered a concussion and was admitted to Nassau University Medical Center."

Raffio will be arraigned on the indictment on May 4, 2005 in front of Nassau County Court Judge Jeffrey Brown in Mineola. The charges are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
