I took the car to the dealer today cause the engine light was on, again. It's the second time the lights been on (never took it in the first time). I noticed both times the light came on, it's was raining fairly heavy. I'm thinking there is a short somewhere. It's also causing havoc with the TCS. At times, the traction control system will kick in. I'll start the car and the power is cut, just like when there is slippage in the front wheels and the TCS kicks in to limit power.
Anyhow, the dealer called Nissan for help on the codes. Nissan told them to replace all the coil packs. I also am getting fan cover replaced (TSB-fan ticking noise on low). They didn't mention anything about my mods which was good. The guy did ask if I was a technician though. Uh, no.
