Went and saw Kiss of the Dragon Sat night. It was dope. So, on the way home I was coming over the Dumbarton bridge into Menlo Park (Bay Area) and this V6 Accord comes rocketing past me. So I downshift and catch up, but don't pass, just match his speed. Finally I pull up next to him @110mph and it was on. Walked away from him like he was standing still. Speedometer was reading ~140mph, I figure I was actually doing mid-lower 130's, by the time I reached the top of the bridge. I slowed down by this point cuz I wasn't sure if there were any cops hanging out down at the bottom of the bridge. When I get down there I see a Jetta rollin up on me fast (prolly over 110), so yet again I downshift and match his speed then just walked away like he was standing still. Of course when we turn on to a side street they both turn off so I couldn't get 'em from a stop!
The last encounter was coming off of 101 onto 85 and I passed a 97+ beige Maxima (looked like SE at first glance) with a stainless exhaust (very shiny). I slowed down and he/she got behind me, so I took off. They stuck with me for a few seconds until I started to pull away. They seemed to give up easily, maybe didn't want to race? It was fun, not many cars around. Don't get to open it up on the highway very often so it was nice to see what the ECU upgrade does at high speeds...
