Hey guys,

what is the proper offset for the maxima in a 18X8 or a 17X7?

I am getting new wheels and tires, but do not want to have the wheels tucked into the wheel well!

thanks!

Do NOT get 17X7... too thin.. Get 7.5 as a minimum with 235/45-17 tires.
but for your offset question, 35-40mm.

Hey whats up,
If you get the 18x8 you should get a 43mm offset w/ 235/40/18 tires. Dont get the 17x7 they are too narrow. If you are going to go with the 17x7.5 get a 38mm offset.
The car next to my pic are 18x8 with a 43 mm offset so that lets you get an idea what it would look like. They are also 235/40/18 tires too so i hope you us my info.

There you go.

I dont know if Kong Monsoons have that. If you are responding about the rims that are next to my car those arent Konigs they are by Volk Racing.

Nope, I know that those are Volk Av3's. I have Monsoons on my car. Doesn't the +45 mean that they would stick out more? They aren't even flush witht the fender though. Maybe they aren't +45mm
