Drivers Window Problem

Drivers Window Problem
ok so i have had this problem for a while now but never looked into it till today cuz it was nice out. Sometimes when i roll the drivers window down it does not go down all the way leaving about 3 inches of window sticking up. Other times it rolls down all the way. I checked the connections and they seem fine. There is nothing blocking the window either. It is really weird. The other thing is once i start the car and have the problem no matter how many times i roll the window up or down it wont go all the way down. Then I will park the car and next time i go to drive it sometimes it will go down all the way with no problem... sometimes it doesn't. Also i have tried rolling the windows down with the remote and the button on the door and experienced the problem both ways.
Anyone every experience this before any suggestions?

Oh, it is a lot cheaper than I thought...my fault. It's actually not too bad, $48 shipped, includes the motor too.

preferably with dry graphite like you would use on door locks but i "assume" white lithium grease would do also.....
