code 1003 help!

code 1003 help!
Well recently I did a 5spd swap, and everything went smoothly. After the swap my idle was a little high so I adjusted it according to the FAQ on here. Now I get the code 1003 (Park/neutral position switch) I was wondering how do I fix it. Thanks
