I tried to but it in maxima disscusions but i couldnt so...
Hey guys a couple days ago i had a little bump into a car and i got put a fault, dont really feel like it should be my fault but its pointless to fight it now.I have to pay 540 bucks to fix his door...it sucks now because im an extra month or so getting catman headers and full exhaust but in the end its not on my insruance or anything so settling outside of insruance is good.I was just going to do up a contract so that when i pay them and have it signed if covers my ***.Need help on what/how i should do up the agreement. When i gets the answers i will delete this thread so dont freak out anyone.

I have to pay $540 to fix his door, which sucks because I'm a month or so from having the money to get catman headers and full exhaust. The good news is that it will not go on my insurance or anything, so settling outside of insurance is a good thing.

Im guessing he's just asking how he shoudl go about a contract with the guy he hit? This is really all i could gather, and that he wanted to get headers/exhaust but now can't because he has to pay for the other guy's car......i'm just guessing here though!
