Replacing Seat Belts

Anyone ever replaced the seat belts? Found a pair for under 100 . Just cannot find anything on replacing them. thanks

Unless the car's been in a serious accident, there really should be no need to replace them.

also dont see them goin bad, but they're SIMPLE to replace. just pull the panels in the car and swap em out, little common sense is all you need.

Unlimited warranty on seat belts unless u cut them urself (which makes it UR fault) the dealer will replace all WORN seat belts free of charge

somehow when i bought my car it came with the manual AND the original warranty booklet

Well. It's not THAT easy, b/c IIRC, one or a part of those trim panels (B-pillar) is a once piece fitting. In other words, the belt goes thru it and there's no slot to slide the belt out. So you either have to cut the belt or cut the trim panel.

na man the b-pillar comes apart in two peaces, bottom and top you have to squeeze the seat belt adjuster thing at the top and pry off the little panel thing on it then you can use a socket to undo the bolt then the belt will come out with no problems.

Ok. Foggy memory....I had to take the interior apart when I was rebuilding the sunroof mechanism. It was real hot and I didn't have any beer!!!
