I just purchase one and the tip dont stick out the way it should its before the bumper and doesnt have sensor anybody habing that problems THANKS IN ADVANCE

 

What year do you have? It was said somewhere before that the tip is flush on the 95-96 but was short on the other years cause the bumper cover was redesigned. If you do a search you may find it. As for the rattle, it may be hitting the tow hook on that side. Others just removed the hook.

When does it rattle, like right turns or at idle eh? Latter probably is the tow hook getting 'pounded'

 

Mine Rattles too. What do you think it is ? It happens when i go over speed bumps or hills or something and some turns. Is it the tow hook ?>

 

it could be the tow hook (which is really close to the muffler) or it could be the exhaust tip tapping against the bumper which happens with mine.

 

Well, now I'm not gonna get the Apexi!

 

Nah man, i just fixed it. I removed the Tow Hook, and now its perfect. No rattling, no nothing ! All there is, is this deep droning type sound, like an M5 or something ! Its great, you SHOULD get the Apexi catback. I reccomend it among the others because its b-pipe is powdercoated. Not too loud, just sounds like youve got something going on under your hood.

 

Yuppers. Did you fix the rattles, Wayne? Hella annoying!

 

i never bothered to fix it.. i'll probably do it on friday.
all you have to do is bend the metal pieces that hold it up a little to one side. mine hits the top of the bumper cut-out so i have the bend them down a litle.
