max broken into in broad daylight

So I was skating at this school in sort of a ghettoish neighborhood in eagle rock outside of glendale, and I come out to my car to find my window smashed, my ipod video stolen, my cd player, and a bunch of random little things for my ipod like auxilary chords and what not. There was a taco vendor across the street, people outside walking around and everything. It was broad daylight! We questioned people and nobody saw anything of course. I searched the nieghborhoods around the school for whoever did this, but it was a pretty sketchy area so I just went and made a police report. I guess its my fault for parking and not taking out my face plate and ipod. i wasn't that paranoid until now, i guess its not being paranoid, just careful. I just got done with insurance about a month ago from when this guy tried to jack me for my video camera while we were skating. my camera was actually recording when it happened, heres the link.

Something similar to this happened in warrington, pa about 30 min outside of philly. People were stealing dash mounted gps/navigation systems from cars in the hotel parking lots. Easy smash and grab. Taco bell is not good for you anyway their food is filled with rats and e coli.
