Windshield wipers dont work?!?!?!

hey guys i needed some help. im trying to help out my brother in law with his 98 maxima GLE. his windshield wipers do not work what so ever, no sounds of motors or anything. i tried looking for the fuse but he doesnt have the cover that identifies each fuse. any ideas or pics of the diagram would be awesome.

i tried searching for something similiar to this but had no luck. any help is appreciated thanks guys!

I don't remember for certain but I believe there is a wiper fuse under the hood as well. (fusible link)

hmmm those are labled right? any thoughts as to which fuse?

he recently had some shady mechanic jack up his radiator wiring, after that mess up his a/c and windshield wipers no longer work. any ideas if these electrical issues could be related to the fans not being connected correctly?

I believe they are on the battery side under the hood, black box on the fender next to the battery. Try removing them one at a time it should be obvious which one is shot, same for inside the car.
