Question on front seat / bracket
i installed new seats in my car recently. as for those that know there are only four 14mm bolts holding them down. i felt like a did a good job securing them down.
however my driver seat moves back and forth about 1 inch or less. its not a major problem but is very annoying. it rocks back and forth if i brake hard or etc... anyone know what is causing this? my guess would be loose bolts holding the seat to the bracket? if anyone can give me any specific details on what exactly to look at or to fix that would be great.
i have a 2nd question on similar topic. my driver seat needs new leather (mainly the back/lumbar piece) if i get the leather skin to get it rewrapped, if it came from the passenger side would it fit the driver side fine (top & bottom pieces)?
p.s. looking for tan leather front seat skin (really only need the lumbar/back piece, but will buy all if in good condition). if local i will buy the whole driver seat.

Come on. Get in the back seat and try to rock the seat back n forth. Find where it's loose. It's either a loose bolt or the seat to seat bracket that's loose.
Oh, not while driving down the highway of couse.
