Do 4th gens have resistors in window switches?

Just wondering if anybody knows off hand, getting tools and supplies ready for the swap I'm doing tomorrow and I have resistors, just wondering if there are any already in the boards, and if I"ll need them. I'm using 5mm 13kmcd LED's

They already have resistors built into the boards. Anytime you take out an LED and replace it with another LED unless you see a resistor in the LED you took out you shouldn't need a resistor.

wah??

If you are replacing an LED, you do not need a resistor. If you are replacing a bulb, you need a resistor. In your case, the board is already LED so no resistors are needed.

Well finished the swap this afternoon, all the switches work, etc... all nice and blue, except the driver window button and window lock buttons are a little hot-spotted, but I'll fix that later. I'm just glad I didn't fry the boards seeing this was my first time using a soldering pen

I used 5mm Super Bright Blue LED's @ 13,000 mcd's

Stocks are from the looks of it 2-3mm LED's @ ~1,000 mcd's maaaybbbbe

From what I heard the 3mm at 13000mcd puts out the same amount of light as the 5mm at 13000mcd.

Most people go with 3mm because there are easier to move around...

3mm at 13kmcd would be the same as 5mm @ 13kmcd, it would ever be the same as .5mm or 20mm, since mcd is an si unit of luminosity. 3mm would be easier to move around, but they didn't have any 3mm at that rating, the highest they had were 9kmcd when I checked
