I've recently had my Knock Sensor replaced, and a week later my check engine light came back on.

Now, I'm getting code 138, showing Bank 1, Sensor 2. Is this the O2 sensor in the back of the motor?

if your getting p0138 then that = 0510 which is the rear heated o2 sensor, the one after the cat
