Help! Tie rod or just boot (pic)
I went for inspection and they failed me for bad left (passenger side?) inner tie rod. I came back and put my car on jack stand. It looks like this:

The driver side is fine.
Since everything is very tight when I try to shake or move the wheel, I think may be only the boot need to be replaced.
What do you guys think? Should I just replace boot or the inner tie rod? I need to do alignment anyway since I will also replace strut bearing. Anyone knows where I can find instructions to replace tie rod or boot?

It doesn't come with grease. But I have Valvoline DuraBlend Grease. So I will just fill the boot with grease then. I also need to replace my front shock/strut boots. Do I need to grease those too?
