02 sensor quick question
One of my O2 sensors went out, so I bought a new, hooked it up and the check engine light keeps coming on! In other words, it's not working! Everything is hooked up fine -- it'd be kinda hard to screw that up.
Anyways, i didn't buy the Bosch, OEM brand, is this my problem? If so, it's beyond me as to why they even SELL something else that doesn't even work.
Anyone else have this problem?

"front" just means that its an upstream O2, nlmaxima is correct, the right bank can be calculated by facing (figuratively) the rear of the engine, where the transaxle attaches. All drive belts attach to the front of the engine. So indeed, you replaced the wrong sensor. Also, with these things it is definitely best to go OEM, an oxygen sensor is extremely important to fuel delivery and is the fuel injection computer's main input. Good luck!
