Help! Transmission Problem
well i go get my check engine light diagnosed...

it says something about the Park and Neutral circuit

malfunction of the PNP switch?

but everything seems fine? plss help

did you recently do a 5spd swap?

If so I know how to fix it, if not I don't know how to fix it.

There is a P/N switch on the bottom of the transaxle, I need to replace mine. My reverse lights don't come on in R (5-speed), that's the only symptom along with the CEL.

your inhibitor switch might be bad, check that out.

Also download the maxima FSM, it helps a lot.
