I was wondering if it was possible to fit a Sarona (97-99) body kit on to a 96 Maxima. Reason I ask is because I have seen pictures of the 96 Stillen Max body kit and it's ugly as hell whereas the 97-99 version is very nice. Thanks guys.

 

To make the Sarona kit fit, all you will have to do is a 97-99 conversion (grill and bumper change), but you don't even have to do the bumper because you will have the Sarona one. All you have to do is but the grill. As for the Stillen, it is possible, but you will have to drill extra holes in the body kit and car and maybe bend the lip a little. Personally, I think the 95-96 lip is realler nice and not overdone...have you seen a pic of it besides the Stillen site one? Anyways, just trying to help.

 

You would also have a problem with the rear, since the 97-99 bumper is designed to be longer than the 95-96. It might stick out from the trunklid more than you intended.

 

Ok thanks guys. BTW, any idea how I can get a 97-99 bumper and the cost? And what do u guys think I should do after installing a cone air filter? Does resetting the ECU effect the driving ability?
