Ok people what exactly is a vb tranny mod. How musch does it cost. Also where can I have it done. I plan on doing it to my I30. I have no other performance parts to date, but do plan to add cai, y-pipe, exhaust, and maybe in the near future a stillen supercharger once they get all the bug's worked out with the v2 supercharger.

 

What this does is take your automatic transmission's valve body and modifys it to make it shift quicker and firmer. This is done by <A HREF="http://www.geocities.com/jgadlage/4th.html">Don Cooper</A> in TX. He usually charges around $400 to do this modification and you will also want to get a transmission cooler before you installt he VB. Those can range anywhere from $50-300 so use your best judgement when picking one out.
