Best upgrade for a 1995 Maxima...

Is to buy an 02 Maxima with the 3.5L engine.

I just sold my White 95SE 5-speed with 144K miles ($4200) and not a thing wrong with it and picked up a used White 02-SE 6-speed with 41K miles. This car has every available option (LSD, Meridian option, climate, leather...) except Navigation.

Just want to say thanks to those that have helped out over the years and I'll be moving up the message board to the 5th generation group. It's amazing the technological differences between these 2 models, but I had very little complaints about the 4th generation.

Best of luck.

Drove from Raleigh NC to Bethlehem PA to buy in on the internet. One owner, who was a 50+ year old woman and her husband. Garage kept, immaculate shape for $12,800. this is why I made the drive to buy this car. Well worth it.

I am just curious, how did you check out the car? They sent you pictures? I am wondering what happened if the car isn't in good conditions?
