How many Max owners own their own two-wheeled rockets (motorcycles)?

I like the looks of your bike Milf's...How fast is it (0-60). How much is the bluebook on yours? I want to get a nice looking 5 or so yr old bike. Since some fast ones are only like 7-9k new, I think I could prolly get a nice used one for like 2-3k.

I don't know much on bikes so any insight/places to research are appreciated.

RE: Motorbikes...

Had a ZX-6R, but its gone now. My dad owns a motorcycle dealership, so I can really get one anytime I want . If you look in the back of the first pic in my sig, you will see a 1983 Honda Nighthawk 750R and a 1996 Kawasaki Vulcan 800 Classic. My dads bikes (plus 3 more you can't see). He is an import lover just like me!!!

I almost bought a ninja, they are comfortable bikes. 26,00 0 miles is alot. Check out kbb.com and see what the price is.

I got my Yamaha YZF 600R 99 for $4800 with 8000 miles and it's in perfect condition.

I own a '98 Suzuki SV650. Thought of maybe asking for another forum. Maxima: Motorcycle Owners

That way we could share Maxima and motorcycle info.

Just a thought.

personally, i wouldnt buy a used bike with over 10,000 miles on it. another thing you should find out if its a zx-6 or a zx-6r. the "r" is the racing version. its a better bike. you might wanna look around and start sitting on some different ones also. your posture will be very differnt on different bikes. i dont know how the 96 ninja is, but the newer ones tend to be a lil on the uncomfortable side. your very bent over, like in a constant racing position. the honda cbr's are very comfortable, almost too comfortable i think. you sit almost straight up. the suzuki gsx-r's are a nice in between seating postion, not too low, not too high. if your looking for a first bike i dont think you should get anything smaller than a 600. it might sound big to you but once you start gettin use to riding a bike you'll grow into it, very fast. i wouldnt get a suzuki katana either (gsx). there are nice bikes but kinda slow and youll get tired of it real fast. my friends x g/f use to ride on of them. i heard the new suzuki gsx-r 600 would have been rated the best out of the new 600 class if they were a lil more comfortable, they won in every other aspect i think.. whatever you decide. good luck and be safe with it

wow, you guys are crazy to be talkin bout R1's and even R6's are too much for first time rider. I wouldnt recommened over a 600 for first time rider. ALot of the new 600's are almost as fast as the 900's already. be careful guys, its so easy to hurt yourself on a bike. Honda may have the best riding position for comfort but the seat is TERRIBLE. Everyone says Honda's are easiest to ride and are very forgiving at the lmits. heheh, ride an R6 close and beyond the limits and tell me wut happens! (byebye) alright, later
